Regole di annullamento

ANNULLAMENTO VIAGGIO: Qualora l’Assicurato debba annullare il viaggio prenotato, per cause od eventi imprevedibili al momento della prenotazione, che colpiscano: - direttamente l’Assicurato stesso e/o i suoi familiari - direttamente il contitolare dell’azienda/studio associato - indirettamente l’Assicurato stesso e che facciano venir meno lo scopo dell’intero viaggio Europ Assistance rimborsa la penale, applicata contrattualmente dalla Contraente compresi i costi di gestione pratica, l’adeguamento del carburante e i visti (con esclusione, dei premi assicurativi, delle tasse aeroportuali e delle tasse di imbarco e sbarco): - all’Assicurato e purché assicurati ed iscritti sulla medesima pratica: - ai familiari conviventi - ad uno dei compagni di viaggio RITARDO AEREO: prevede, nel caso in cui il volo di andata o quello di ritorno subissero un ritardo di almeno 8 ore complete per qualsiasi motivo dovuto alla compagnia aerea, o per cause di forza maggiore, un indennizzo di Euro 150, oppure nel caso in cui il ritardo del volo di andata superiore a 8 ti impedisse di salire a bordo della nave, il rimborso del 75% della quota della crociera (al netto dei costi di gestione pratica, dei premi assicurativi, delle tasse aeroportuali/imbarco/sbarco ed i visti)
