Il Dubai Frame inaugurato nel gennaio 2018,e' un grattacielo con punto panoramico visitabile a pagamento. Si trova in un punto strategico grazie al quale salendo in cima potrete camminare su pavimento in vetro a 150 metri d'altezza, e vedere da un lato della cornice la Dubai vecchia (Deira - Dubai Creek) e dall'altro vedere la Dubai nuova (Burj Khalifa - downtown).
